This medicine should only be used during pregnancy if no safer alternate is available. The effects of this medicine in lactating females are unknown. Consult your health care provider before use of this medicine. You may fall asleep suddenly or feel drowsy after taking this medicine (reported in some patients) therefore avoid doing work requiring alertness e.g. driving after taking this medicine
