Paroxetine is used to treat Depression, Panic attacks, Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), Anxiety disorders, and Post-traumatic stress disorder.

Tell your doctor/Pharmacist your medical history of, Personal or family history of Bipolar/manic-depressive disorder, Personal or family history of Suicide attempts, Liver problems, Kidney problems, Seizures, Low sodium in the blood, Peptic ulcer disease or Bleeding problems, Personal or family history of Glaucoma (angle-closure type). This medication is not recommended for use during pregnancy. This drug passes into breast milk. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
Nausea, Drowsiness, Dizziness, Trouble sleeping, Loss of appetite, Weakness, Dry mouth, Sweating, Blurred vision, and Yawning may occur.
